Can I change my email address that I used to sign up?

Currently, there is no way to change your email address directly on our platform for data security reasons.

You can, however, invite the new email address as a new user.

To do so, follow the steps below:

1. login to the platform
2. go to https://account.publishdrive.com/users
3. select the 'invite user' option
4. provide the new email address in the email field
5. click all the checkboxes (provide all possible permissions)
6. select 'invite user'
7. an invitation email will be sent to the new address. Follow the invite link and set up the new user account as admin
8. contact our Support Team to delete your old email from the account
